Hi! I’m Hayoung / Emily - a diasporic Korean American tattoo artist based in the San Francisco Bay Area on unceded land of the Ramaytush Ohlone people.

I offer flash and custom painterly tattoos inspired by nature, watercolor botanicals, or east-asian ink-paintings. I like to contrast bold saturated color (or blackwork) with delicate shading.

My career started in painting, illustration, and user experience design before pursing tattooing full-time in Jan 2024.

As a tattoo practitioner, I aim to provide the most comfortable and affirming experience possible tailored to each individual.
